2 large onions
1 packet of pasta
3 Tbsp butter
1 packet cheese and leek soup mix
3 cups of milk
1 cup tasty cheese
- Lightly fry bacon. Fry onion until clear. Cook pasta in salted water, then drain and set aside in covered dish.
- Melt butter in largest saucepan. Add soup and milk and bring to boil, stirring until thickened. Fold in cooked bacon and onion and then pasta.
- Tip contents of saucepan into a large, oven-proof dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 6 adults.
