1/2 cup syrup/honey
1/4 cup rice bran oil
1 tsp bicarb soda
1/2 cup wholemeal plain flour
1 1/2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
1 cup water
- Place fruit, syrup/honey, water, butter, and bicarb soda. Bring to boil, simmer for on minute only. Cool. Add flours and eggs.
- Bake in a greased tin at 180 C for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. Cover with foil while cooking.
