2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
3 cups canned pineapple juice
Juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes
1 cup cold tea
1 300ml bottle dry ginger ale
1 tray ice cubes
- Place mango puree, orange, pineapple and lemon juice in a large punch bowl or glass jug. Stir to mix well. Cover and chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Chill tea and ginger ale well in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, remove fruit mixture from refrigerator and add ginger ale and tea. Mix well. Add ice cubes and prepared fruit.
- Serve punch in tall glasses. Spoon a mixture of fruits into each glass and decorate with mint leaves.
