2 large onions, finely chopped
1 pkt spirals pasta
3 tbs butter or margarine
1 pkt cheese and leek soup mix
3 cups milk
1 cup tasty cheese, grated
- Lightly fry bacon. Fry onion until clear.
- Cook pasta in salted water, then drain and set aside in covered dish.
- Melt butter in largest saucepan. Add soup and milk and bring to boil, stirring until thickened. Fold in cooked bacon and onion and then pasta.
- Tip contents of saucepan into a large, oven-proof dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 6 adults.
