4 tbs carob powder
2 tbs honey
2 tsp vanilla
water as needed
- Blend all ingredients, adding small amounts of water as needed, until you get a thick, “saucy,” consistency.
- Add in dates and blend until smooth. Place in a bowl and mix in coconut.
- Form this mixture into round balls. Press your thumb or finger tip into each ball to make a dent. Refrigerate for an hour to harden a little.
