4 medium potatoes
2 zucchinis
1 large head broccoli
½ butternut pumpkin
2 large carrots
2 large onions, diced
2 tsp fresh garlic
4 rashers bacon, diced
2 pkts chicken noodle soup
2 litres stock or hot water
300ml cream

- Fry bacon and set aside.
- Bring stock or water to boil in large pot or boiler. Prepare vegetables and add to pot. Add soup. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Mash, or blend “soup” in blender. Then add bacon. Bring to the boil again, then turn off heat.
- Just before serving, stir in cream, but do not boil after the cream is added.
