2 cup apples, chopped
4 cups shredded coconut
½ cup honey
1 tsp almond butter
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice

- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Remove from processor and form into bars. Refrigerate until firm.
