4 carrots
4 sticks of celery
2 small zucchinis
1 turnip
1/8 pumpkin
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
2kg mince meat
2 cans of diced tomatoes
2 jars of passata
Good sprinkle Italian herbs
Paprika
½ tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper
Dice onion and fry in large frying pan. Once onions are nicely browned add meat and fry until completely cooked through. Dice all other vegetables and add to meat along with both cans of diced tomatoes and allow to fry for 5 minutes. Add herbs and garlic and allow to simmer for another 10 minutes. Then add passata. Cook as long as desired.
