1 1/2 cups castor sugar
6 cups coconut
Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 180 C. Put egg whites into bowl with salt. Beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1 egg yolk at a time.
- Then add sugar a little at a time. Stir until all mixed, and then add coconut.
- Place teaspoonfuls on tray and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
