- Heat butter in saucepan until sizzling and stir through plain flour. Slowly stir in 1 cup skim milk and stir until smooth. Stir through tuna.
- Stir in avocado and season with salt and pepper. Place mixture into an oven proof dish.
- Cover with puff pastry and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
