¼ onion, finely diced
1 tbsp Garlic, finely diced
1 6 oz can of Tomato Paste
¼ cup yellow mustard
6 oz water
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Chili Powder
½ tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 dash of tabasco dauce

- In skillet, melt coconut oil and saute onion and garlic until onion is translucent
- Add all ingredients, stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Add more water if it thickens
- Replace cayenne and tabasco with 1 tsp sweetener if you want a sweet sauce
