50g grated cheese
50g butter
Pinch salt
½ tsp mustard powder
½ tsp baking powder
- Cream the butter and cheese together, soften the butter first, then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- For biscuits just roll small balls and then squash down with a fork. For the straws roll out some of the dough between 2 sheets of cling wrap as it is quite wet, and then slice into straws.
- Sprinkle a little paprika and a little grated cheese over them.
- Bake on a tray for 10-15 minutes at 180.
