This is the simple version made by Priya, but I will also add the "Western" version of Bulletproof Coffee. :)
Version 1:
Any instant coffee powder
Coconut Oil
Sugar Free/Stevia drops
1. Boil a mug of water, and a little more, add a teaspoon of coffee to it. Once the coffee and water starts boiling, add half a teaspoon of coconut oil to it.
2. Let it simmer for a few minutes, before straining it in a cup. Add the stevia and stir.
Note: Let me warn you that because of the oil, the temperature of the coffee gets very high. Don’t even try sipping it immediately. Let it sit for a few minutes and then relish it by sipping it slowly. The coconut oil can be substituted with ghee, but I cannot comment on the taste as I have never tasted one with it.
Version 2:
8 oz Coffee (brewed, hot)
1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk (regular or vanilla)
1 tsp MCT Oil (or more up to a tbsp*)
1 tsp Butter
1 tbsp Integral collagen (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree for about 5-15 seconds, until frothy. (Alternatively, use a milk frother to emulsify directly in your cup.) Pour into a coffee mug to serve.

This is the nutritional information for Version 2, as I am not totally sure of that for Version 1. Will add once I do. :)
