2 leeks chopped
3 zucchini, chopped

- All in one pot
- Brown necks in lard/coconut oil and add ½ t salt. Saute onions. Add carrots, leeks, zucchini and brown slightly
- Add 1 litre boiling water. Cover & cook for two hours
- Remove necks & add cauliflower & simmer until just tender. Season & its ready
