- Cut the avocadoes in half. Remove the stones and skin, and reserve the flesh.
- Place the avocado flesh in a food processor with the juice of one or two limes, according to taste. Add the garlic and chilli powder and process until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with chilli powder and serve.
