250g mint leaves, washed and chopped

Juice of 2 to 3 lemons
1 medium red onion, diced
4 to 5 green chillies, roughly chopped
Pink and White, salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Few drops of stevia (optional)
Grind all of the ingredients in a blender, till the consistency resembles a fine paste. Some Indian housewives also add a teaspoon of sugar to this recipe. Always store this chutney in an airtight container, and it has a shelf life of a week at least.
