- In a tall, narrow container that your stick blender will fit in, add all ingredients.
- Place the stick blender directly over the yolk and start blending without yet moving the blender around.
- After the ingredients have started to blend a little, then you can start to slowly & repeatedly raise and lower the blender until combined.
- Pick what you eat it with wisely (e.g., works well with chicken, fish).
