1 large onion cut finely
1 or 2 cloves garlic grated
2 tins of Italian tomatoes
Olive oil or flavour infused avocado oil
Pink salt and freshly ground pepper

- Fry the onions in the oil, when done add the grated garlic and tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Cook until soft. [ I sometimes blend this with a stick blender] You could add a little sweetener if you want.
- Can also add herbs.
