from Priya
Breakfast:
Bulletproof Coffee
Tea with 1/2 tbsp of cream and stevia to sweeten
2 scrambled eggs with bacon in the eggs, or on the side. I prefer the bacon in the egg, but either way works. :)
Lunch:
Mutton Seekh Kebabs (I use beef mince)
1 small broccoli or just 100g of broccoli steamed.
Dinner/Snacks:
You can have yoghurt, cheese, or cottage cheese for evening snacks. The cottage cheese referred to on the Indian blog I got these ideas from is actually a lot like Haloumi. So, you can either just use Haloumi, or you can find your nearest Indian grocer and get some paneer (cottage cheese).
Also, you can eat a small handful of peanuts, or 6 almonds, or 4 halves of walnuts. Nuts are very high in protein and fats, but they also have a lot of carbs, so eat these in moderation.
Note: I have linked the recipes to the items on this menu plan. So, for the bulletproof coffee, just click the name, and it will take you to the recipe.
