Base
1 pkt. Marie biscuits, crushed
180g melted butter
Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter
Press into bas of slice tray.
Lemon Layer
400g tin condensed milk
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp gelatine dissolved in ¾ cup boiling water
Blend condensed milk with lemon juice and dissolved gelatine.
Spread over base and refrigerate until set.
Topping
1 pkt. Red jelly crystals
boiling water
Make up jelly (use slightly less water than directed)
Cool, and pour over lemon layer
Chill until set.
